Professor Marilyn Deegan is the former Director of Research Development at the former Centre for Computing in the Humanities, now the Department of Digital Humanities), King's College London.〔DDH web-site: http://www.kcl.ac.uk/schools/humanities/cch〕 Originally a scientist, she now has over twenty years experience in Digital Humanities and digital libraries, with a particular interest in the issues surrounding digital preservation.
